REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. Refund Policy
- We offer a full refund if your order is not delivered within 30 business days for U.S. orders or 45 business days for international orders, counted from the shipping date.
Note: Due to ongoing epidemic-related impacts, some orders may experience delays of 7–10 additional business days.
2. Order Modification
- You may change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- For personalized/custom items, changes must be made within 1 hour of checkout.
3. Replacement Policy
Our products are print-on-demand and made-to-order, so we only accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
– You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item if:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The print is blurry, or the material is not as described.
- You received the wrong size, or the item differs from the product description.
⚠️ Note: Personalized/customized items are non-refundable. We only offer replacements if they are defective.
4. Required Evidence
To process a return, refund, or replacement, please send clear photos showing the issue to: support@vikingzon.com
Examples include:
- Image of damaged or flawed product
- Incorrect design, wrong size, or material mismatch
📸 Without photo evidence, we cannot process your request.
5. Refund Process
If eligible, you may return the product to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process a refund via your original payment method.

Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The returned item is not in original condition
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

6. Missing Orders
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days (U.S.) or 45 business days (international) from the shipping date, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
🚫 This policy excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or missed delivery attempts.
